At In Tune Management, we do what needs to be done to promote, host, and get our clients booked and provide good entertainment for Second Life! We have many performers who play different genres of music, we coordinate publicity between Facebook and Second Life and also make sure we promote group building and retention of those group members!

Our Services

We are experienced with all sides of the music world in Second Life and understand all the aspects from venue owners/managers to singers, to the audience and bringing the best together is what we strive for! Let us deal with the promotion and hosting and booking details while you can focus on your singing, learning new songs, and perfecting your craft! HOSTS

Hosts are your assistants before and during your sets. Hosts will engage with your group a half hour before your set, offer song lists, send out a group invite, remind people to tip the venue and offer your information about you during your show.

PROMO

Promo includes each artist's events, picture, time, place landmark, and dress code which we post and share with Facebook groups as early morning advance notice, shared to 30+ groups for each event, and bot notices sent to groups in SL prior to shows.

BOOKINGS

We contact venues leaving them your booking info and sound cloud info trying to get new bookings. If one of our singers is booked at a venue, along with the confirmation card we send for each booking, we will include a notecard listing all In Tune singers and introducing them, along with fees and samples of work, stating if they ever need additional entertainment to please consider these artists.

SL EVENTS CHECK

Every morning we compare calendars to SL Events and make sure your shows are listed and if not, we nudge the venue contact to make sure they get listed.

SHOW CANCELLATIONS

In case you need to cancel a set we will let the venue contact know and offer a replacement singer so they do not feel like they are left in the lurch.....it is their choice if they want the replacement but it is offered.

This also means when other In Tune performers cancel, your name may be offered as a replacement.
